From 1st January to 31th March Olimp Restaurant will serve seasonal products again.
We have prepared a new menu based on the ingredients most frequently used in winter and early spring. We invite you to try dishes made of root vegetables and potatoes, filling, warming soups, dishes in aromatic sauces, based on pickles, marinades and preserves. Winter is an ideal time to use summer and autumn stockpiles.
We particularly recommend soups and baked ham with honey and oranges. All recipes have been prepared by the Chefs of Olimp Restaurant.
